Noelle Richards

Noelle Richards has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since July 2011. In this role, Noelle has advocated for credit risk management initiatives, assessed the condition of financial institutions, and monitored industry trends affecting depository institutions. Previous positions include Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst and Credit Risk Management Analyst, where Noelle collaborated with other departments and prepared reports on emerging risk issues. Before this, Noelle worked as a Risk Analytics & Surveillance Analyst and a Corporate Affairs Research Analyst, contributing to presentations, analyses, and publications. Noelle began their career as a Community Development Outreach Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Towson University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Temple University.
