Patricia Bell

Patricia Bell currently serves as a Community Engagement Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Outreach Coordinator at the Housing Equality Center of PA, Program Manager at the Tennessee Fair Housing Council, and various positions at Vanderbilt University, including Teaching and Research Assistant. Patricia has also worked with Community Connections, Inc. as a TANF Home Visitor and Community Specialist, and held positions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for both adults and children. Early career experiences include an internship with the Office of Senator Vincent Hughes and roles as a Resident Advisor at both Cheyney University and KenCrest. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
