Robert Ilik, CPA, has extensive experience in financial oversight and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Central Point of Contact for Large and Foreign Bank Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since June 2011. In this role, Robert establishes annual supervisory plans and directs examination activities focusing on governance, capital planning, liquidity, enterprise risk, and cybersecurity. Prior to this position, Robert held the role of Assistant Corporate Controller at ING Direct USA, where responsibilities included overseeing US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and external audit coordination.
