Siddhartha Biswas

Siddhartha Biswas is a Financial Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since July 2021. Prior to this role, Siddhartha served as a PhD Candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2015 to May 2021, where Siddhartha was recognized as a Thomas S. and Helen Borda Royster and Snowden and Elspeth Merck Henry Dissertation Fellow. Siddhartha has also worked as a Research Professional at the Center for the Economics of Human Development at the University of Chicago from December 2013 to June 2015 and held positions as Senior Analyst and Analyst at A.T. Kearney from July 2011 to December 2013. Siddhartha holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MS in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a BA in Economics and BS in Mathematics with a specialization in Economics from the University of Chicago.
