Spencer Lance Hopkins is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT and technology management. Currently serving as a Technology Services Manager and Team Lead for Client Technology Engineering at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since July 2013, Spencer focuses on enhancing efficiency through automation, software development, and virtual machine management. Additionally, Spencer has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Drexel University College of Computing & Informatics since March 2021. Prior experience includes an IT Systems Administrator role at the National Constitution Center from June 2008 to June 2013 and a position as a Call Center Representative. Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
