Steven Sprowls

Steven Sprowls, CPA, currently serves as Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steven occupied the position of Enterprise Risk Manager at Citadel Federal Credit Union from February 2019 to July 2023, where the focus was on developing the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Governance and Framework. Steven’s earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager at Vanguard Group Inc. from 2007 to 2018 and as Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2004 to 2007. Steven holds a BBA in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
