Tesia Lemelle is an experienced Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, leading the Partnership for Progress initiative aimed at supporting minority banking institutions nationwide since December 2013. With a strong background in community banking, Tesia has effectively enhanced the program's strategic vision and acted as a key resource across all Federal Reserve districts. Prior to this role, Tesia spent a decade at Wells Fargo, serving as District Manager and overseeing 12 stores, influencing leadership and operational strategies involving over 100 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
