Timothy Weir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and talent strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since July 2012, Timothy is responsible for aligning employee engagement and development with the institution's strategic goals.
