Xingliang

Xingliang Ma has a strong background in economics and finance, with experience working at reputable institutions. Xingliang started their career as an Associate Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Xingliang then joined Freddie Mac as a Quantitative Analytics Senior, where they contributed until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Xingliang worked at Wells Fargo as a VP. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Financial Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, a position they have held since 2018.

Xingliang Ma holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which was obtained between 2006 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Economics at Fudan University from 2003 to 2006. Xingliang Ma began their educational journey with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Jilin University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Xingliang also holds a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates, obtained in 2016.
