Xudong An

Xudong An currently serves as Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since January 2016, with a history of progressive roles including Senior Specialist II, Principal Financial Economist, Manager III, Officer, and Assistant Vice President. Academically, Xudong An earned a Ph.D. in Planning with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Land Use Management and Real Estate Development from Nanjing University.
