Anthony A. is an accomplished Senior Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and transformational leadership, currently employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since April 2022. Prior to this, Anthony worked at Accenture as a Release Train Engineer and Senior Scrum Master, where strategic partnerships with clients focused on Agile transformations. Experience as Lead Scrum Master at Wells Fargo involved leading Agile transformations across distributed teams, while earlier roles at SITA and Jumia Group included coaching teams and implementing Agile practices.
