Candace Dillard

Candace Dillard is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR functions. Currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since May 2019 in various roles, including Human Resource Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, and HR Recruiter, Candace has honed skills in talent acquisition and human resource management. Prior experience includes a role as Campus Recruiter at Capital One and multiple recruitment positions at Apex Life Sciences (formerly Lab Support). Candace also has experience in administrative support and research from positions at Virginia Commonwealth University and other organizations. Candace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Thomas Nelson Community College.
