Dr. Edward Cho, CPA, CISA, CITP, serves as the Deputy Central Point of Contact at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since 2010, with a progressive career in supervision, regulation, and credit. In addition to this role, Dr. Cho has been an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since 2017, teaching graduate-level accounting courses focused on fraud investigations, and previously taught macroeconomics and microeconomics at Queens University of Charlotte until January 2020. Prior experience includes positions as a Large Bank Examiner for the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks, a Vice President Senior Change/Risk Manager at Bank of America, and various auditing roles at Deloitte & Touche, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Ernst & Young, and Chase. Dr. Cho holds a Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of South Florida, with a research focus on risk theory.
