Jessica Olayvar

Jessica Olayvar serves as a Senior Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, leading a team of examiners in the Examiner Commissioning Program and co-chairing a Staff Development Community of Practice focused on training agendas for examiners. With a background in supervision analysis, Olayvar contributed to significant climate risk management initiatives for large financial institutions and co-created an ArcGIS StoryMap to assess the impact of climate change on low-income communities in North Carolina. Starting as an Assistant Bank Examiner, Olayvar completed the Federal Reserve System's Examiner Commissioning Program and has experience in teaching econometrics. Olayvar holds a Master's degree in Finance from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
