Kimberly Morrison

Kimberly Morrison has extensive experience in business enablement and human resources, currently serving as Team Lead and Business Advisor/Chief of Staff at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since March 2022. Prior experience includes nearly 17 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where roles included Project Director and Branch Board of Directors’ Secretary, as well as Senior Business Analyst. Responsibilities encompassed communication coordination for up to 1,100 employees, training facilitation for large-scale HRIS implementation, project team management, and HR program administration. Kimberly holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a BA in History & Political Science from the University of Montana.
