Lydia Nusbaum

Lydia Nusbaum is currently serving as an Associate Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lydia was an Undergraduate Learning Assistant for ECON 470: Econometrics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included conducting office hours and assisting in class preparation. Lydia has also gained experience as a Server at Top of the Hill from June 2021 to June 2023, focusing on customer service and conflict resolution. Previous internships include a Bank Examiner Intern position at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in Summer 2022 and a mentorship with investment strategist Willie Delwiche in Summer 2021, where Lydia developed economic analyses and learned about market prediction. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and completed studies at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics from 2017 to 2019.
