Margaret Vadas

Margaret Vadas possesses extensive experience in risk management, compliance, business continuity, and organizational development. Since joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in October 2007, Margaret has held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President overseeing Risk, Compliance, Records, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management, as well as serving as a key business advisor. Previous experience includes a position as Learning and Development Specialist at UPS Freight, Inside Sales Portfolio Manager at Google, and a Human Resources Intern at Standard Charter Bank. Additionally, Margaret has consulted on talent and workforce development for financial regulators. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
