Mark Hoppe

Mark Hoppe is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in enterprise search services and IT support. Currently serving as an IT Engineer Senior at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since January 2018, Mark provides operational support for the Enterprise Search infrastructure across the Federal Reserve System. Prior to this role, Mark was an IT Production Support Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from April 2011 to January 2018, also focusing on enterprise search services. Mark's earlier experience includes a position as an IT Lead Analyst - Technical Architect at Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc., where responsibilities included supporting marketing websites and ensuring the implementation of privacy and security standards. Mark began a career as an Area Services Manager at Digital Fusion, overseeing development operations in ASP, .NET, and Cold Fusion.
