Peter Topkis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since July 2021, Peter leads multiple teams in their Agile journeys, facilitating scrum meetings and driving continuous improvement. Concurrently, Peter is a co-owner of Unas Bolsas LLC, which specializes in sustainable handbags. Peter's prior roles include serving as a Scrum Master and Business Systems Analyst at Apex Systems, where responsibilities included consulting engagements with the Federal Reserve and Altria. Peter's background also includes significant experience at Capital One, where roles spanned Scrum Master, Financial Business Analyst, and program manager, contributing to risk management and regulatory reporting. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware and an Accounting Certificate from Liberty University.
