Sherri Thorne

Sherri Thorne currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Client Services Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, overseeing customer and business-facing functions within System IT's infrastructure and operations. With a strong background in IT leadership, Sherri has held various strategic roles including Senior Vice President for Identity, Network, and Security, and Group Vice President for National IT, where Sherri focused on delivering secure, resilient solutions and highly-secured cloud services. Prior experience includes IT Director at Circuit City Stores, Inc., responsible for major retail systems, and Engineering Manager at AMF Bowling, Inc., where automation systems for bowling centers were developed. Sherri began her career as a Sr. Systems Consultant at Mantech, Inc., contributing to numerous systems for commercial and private industries. Sherri holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Virginia Wesleyan University.
