Steven Collins

Steven Collins is an experienced financial accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as the Financial Accounting Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since December 2008, Steven oversees general ledger and financial reporting functions. Previous roles at the Federal Reserve include Financial Reporting Accountant, Financial Reports Consultant, and Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating year-end close to analyzing financial reports and serving as a presenter at conferences. Earlier experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at the Virginia State Corporation Commission and Analyst at Hemscott, Inc. Steven holds a Post Baccalaureate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of Lynchburg.
