Vicki Alligood

Vicki Alligood is an Advanced Strategic HR Business Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since December 2015, where responsibilities include providing strategic consultation to HR leadership, serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief HR Officer, and leading initiatives in talent management and HR policies. Prior roles within the Federal Reserve include Chief of Staff to the COO and First Vice President and Communications Lead, where Vicki focused on strategic communications and employee engagement. Vicki's earlier experience at Dominion Energy involved various communications roles, including Senior Communications Specialist and HR Communications Specialist, with a focus on internal communications and change management. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Lynchburg.
