William Muangala

William Muangala currently serves as a Financial Regulatory Reporting Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since June 2019. Additionally, William is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Children's Museum of Richmond, where responsibilities include overseeing the mission, policies, and strategic planning of the institution. Previous experience includes a position in Retail Banking at Union Bank &Trust and serving as a Country Representative for A Love Beyond Borders, where efforts were focused on international adoption processes and advocating for orphans in the Democratic Republic of Congo. William also contributed to ECJ Civic Leadership as a Representative for the Young Leaders initiative, promoting global change in Congo. William holds degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Kinshasa.
