Joe Leonard

Joe Leonard is the Chief Information Security Officer at Federal Reserve Financial Services, having previously held the same position at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With a background in network security and systems engineering, Joe also managed the National Incident Response Team for the Federal Reserve System. Joe holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science from Drew University.
