Tracy Harrington

Chief Payments Officer at Federal Reserve Financial Services

Tracy Harrington serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Federal Reserve Financial Services since July 2021. Prior to this, Tracy held various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from 1995 to June 2021, including Senior Vice President and CIO of FedLine, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, operations, and product delivery. Tracy's earlier positions included roles as Assistant Vice President of Program Operations, Product Delivery Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on business and technical operations as well as project management for software development in the financial services sector. Tracy began a career in the financial industry as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from April 1992 to July 1995. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Finance from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from North Central College.
