Alan Van Heck has extensive experience in the field of public safety and emergency response. Currently serving as an Instructor at Federal Resources since March 2015, Alan has also held the position of Battalion Chief at Bloomfield Township Fire Department since December 1995. Additionally, Alan has been a Haz Mat Specialist with the Oakland County Hazmat Response Team since December 1997. Alan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Administration from Siena Heights University and additional training in Fire Administration Staff and Command from Eastern Michigan University.
