Ryan Campbell serves as the Fire Administrative Services Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, focusing on strategic planning, capital project management, and departmental accreditation preparation. In addition, Ryan works as an Emergency Medical Technician for Alamance County Government and as an Emergency Management Consultant with Witt O'Brien's, where responsibilities include developing emergency preparedness strategies and conducting research on best practices. With experience as a Technical Hazards Instructor at Federal Resources and a Firefighter with Caldwell Fire Department, Ryan also held roles in the Durham Fire Department and Durham County Government, developing annual budgets and specialized emergency plans. Education includes a Master’s in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arizona State University, a Bachelor’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
