Thomas Moffett

Thomas Moffett has extensive experience in fire safety and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructor at Noble since January 2023 and at Federal Resources since January 2012. At Federal Resources, Thomas contributes to creating comprehensive learning experiences that combine classroom instruction with practical, hands-on training. Previous roles include Instructor at HazMatIQ (August 2012 - January 2015), Safety Compliance Officer at James Madison University (April 2011 - October 2014), Instructor for the IAFF (1994 - January 2012), and Battalion Chief for the City of Harrisonburg (March 1978 - March 2011). Thomas holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fire Science from Blue Ridge Community College, earned between 1986 and 1996.
