Knarik Gasparyan currently serves as an Attorney Adviser (Privacy) at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board since April 2023. Prior to this role, Knarik worked as a Contract Attorney for the Department of Justice through FSA from October 2022 to April 2023 and supported the DOJ as a contractor at CACI International Inc. from March 2020 to October 2022. Additionally, Knarik co-founded and served as Chairwoman of the ERA Institute from January 2013 to October 2020. Knarik's earlier experiences include summer legal associate roles at Boston Scientific and a law fellowship at the Armenian Legal Center for Justice and Human Rights. Education includes a Master of Laws in National Security Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a Doctor of Law from USC Gould School of Law, along with a Master of Science in Security Studies from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
