Diane Bonina

Diane Bonina is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Federal Signal. Ms. Bonina joined the Company in March 2022 as Legal Counsel and became Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary on April 26, 2022. She is responsible for the Company’s legal, corporate secretary, and compliance functions.

Ms. Bonina previously held senior legal positions at AT&T. Prior to that, she was an attorney with the Chicago law firm of Jenner & Block in its litigation department. Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Bonina served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Detroit, Michigan.

Ms. Bonina earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
