Paul Gergets

Paul Gergets has a strong background in engineering and innovation within the manufacturing industry. Paul started their career at Federal Signal in 1996 as an Engineering Section Manager, responsible for coordinating assignments and providing new product ideas. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Engineering and later became the Vice President/General Manager of the Fire/EMS team in 2011. During their tenure, they implemented significant changes, including restructuring the sales organization and improving product gross margin. In 2015, Gergets was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Innovation within the SSG Group, where they continue to lead and drive innovation within the company.

Paul Gergets has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Physics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they received in the period between 1979 and 1985. Paul then attended Saint Xavier University from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Marketing, Accounting, and Management. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at the Keller School of Management from 2011 to 2014.
