Josie Nixon

Josie Nixon currently serves as a Program Analyst in the Office of Student Experience and Aid Delivery at Federal Student Aid, part of the U.S. Department of Education, where responsibilities include managing releases and change requests for the Digital Platform and assisting with reporting and dashboard efforts. Prior to this role, Josie held the position of Management and Program Analyst within the Next Gen - Business Process Operations, leading quality initiatives and training during the implementation of a new BPO platform. Josie's earlier experience includes working as an Accounting Specialist and Scholarship Coordinator at The University of Kansas, and serving as a Federal Aid Ombudsman Research Specialist and Trainer at General Dynamics Information Technology. Josie holds a BGS in Cultural Anthropology from The University of Kansas.
