Patricia Gwaltney has extensive experience in acquisitions and contract management within government agencies, holding various leadership positions at Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education, since May 2010. Roles include Executive Officer for the Office of Strategic Acquisition Management and Partner Participation and Oversight, as well as Director of the Partner Participation and Oversight Contracts Group. Patricia has served as Chief of Staff and Contracting Officer, providing senior consultancy on program, administrative, and management initiatives, and managing a significant portfolio exceeding $900 million.
