Janet Kim

Janet Kim is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in competition law, currently serving in the Mergers II Division of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission since June 2010. Prior to this role, Janet Kim held associate positions at prominent law firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from January 2007 to May 2010, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in the latter half of 2006, and Howrey LLP from September 2003 to May 2006. Janet Kim earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center between 2000 and 2003 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
