Counsel To The Director, Bureau Of Competition at Federal Trade Commission

Joseph Neely is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission since October 2014. In addition to this role, Joseph Neely holds the rank of Captain and serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve since March 2021, after completing the Direct Commission Course and Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course. Prior legal experience includes a Summer Honors Legal Internship at the Federal Trade Commission and a Judicial Internship at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
