Margaret Horn

Margaret Horn is an experienced attorney currently serving in the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission since September 2020. Prior to this role, Margaret worked as an associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon from March 2012 to September 2020, focusing on pharmaceutical and medical device products liability, FDA regulatory issues, and government enforcement and compliance. Margaret's career also includes positions as a legislative aide in the United States Senate from April 2007 to August 2008 and as an honors paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission from June 2005 to March 2007. Margaret holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Vassar College.
