Mark Suter

Mark Suter currently serves as an Attorney Advisor to Chair Lina M. Khan at the Federal Trade Commission, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Suter was an Associate at Berger Montague from August 2016 to January 2023, specializing in complex litigation related to antitrust, labor, and consumer protection. Previous experiences include a Summer Associate position at Berger Montague in 2015, a Judicial Intern for Hon. C.
