Fabio Nascimento

Fabio Nascimento is a Senior Researcher in Oceanic Engineering at COPPE/UFRJ, with experience dating back to July 1989. Specializing in oceanographic instrumentation and the analysis of environmental measured parameters, Fabio Nascimento served as the chef of the Oceanographic Instrumentation Laboratory from 1994 to 1999 and as the Facility Manager of the LabOceano ocean basin from 2000 to 2007. Currently, Fabio Nascimento works as a Research Engineer at the Oceanographic Instrumentation Laboratory since March 2016. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Oceanic Engineering (2007), a Master's in Oceanic Engineering (1994), and a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering (1988), all from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
