Raymond Clark

Raymond Clark is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Network Services Manager at Federal Way Public Schools since September 2024, Raymond previously held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Navis Clinical Laboratories and Cordant Health Solutions, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans for infrastructure capacity and overseeing policies and training for project management. Earlier career roles include Service Desk Manager, focusing on employee training and service operations, as well as Patrol Deputy at Grayson County Texas and Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University and two associate degrees in Networking and Cyber Security and Information Technology from Tacoma Community College.
