Charles Mathieu

Charles Mathieu is an experienced Program Manager with significant expertise in the Affordability Care Act (ACA) Program Management Office at the Federal Working Group since September 2012. Responsibilities include providing strategic and tactical planning, as well as technical direction across various organizations, including application development and cyber security, while working in an agile environment at the Internal Revenue Service. Prior roles include Project Manager at Valador from May 2005 to October 2011, Chief Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 2003 to 2005, and Senior Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1985 to 1992. Charles Mathieu holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, obtained between 1987 and 1989, and a Bachelor's degree from Dillard University, earned from 1979 to 1983.
