Alistair Purdy

Alistair Purdy is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate, environmental sustainability, and security systems. Currently serving as the Manager for Real Estate ESG & Responsibility Implementation at Federated Hermes since March 2019, Alistair focuses on implementing ESG initiatives, managing data system rollouts, and ensuring compliance with legislation and reporting schemes. Prior experience includes roles as Environment and Sustainability Advisor at Apleona HSG from January 2006 to March 2019, where responsibilities included supporting certification standards and legal compliance, and as a Security Systems Technical Consultant at Aviva plc from March 1997 to January 2006, managing CCTV and access control systems. Alistair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Bedfordshire and completed studies at Paston sixth form and Cromer High School.
