Jonathan Haymon

Jonathan Haymon currently serves as the Director of Proxy Voting at Federated Hermes since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held multiple positions at Institutional Shareholder Services, including Head of UK Research and Senior Analyst for UK and South Africa Research from February 2015 to August 2021. Jonathan's earlier experience includes roles as a Stewardship Support Executive and Research Analyst at Minerva Analytics Ltd, as well as an Analyst and Intern at Proxy Governance. Jonathan began professional basketball career in 2005, playing in various leagues around the world, and later returned to semi-professional play in England. Jonathan holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a BA in Mass Communications from Georgia College & State University, along with an Associate's Degree from Oxford College of Emory University.
