Mia Burch

Mia Burch is currently a Rotational Analyst in the Global Technology Organization at Federated Hermes, participating in an accelerated skill development program focused on Information Technology. With experience as a Data Engineering Developer, Investment Management Business Systems Analyst, and DevOps Cloud Computing Developer within the company, Mia has cultivated a diverse skill set. Previous roles include Learning Assistant at Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology, where support was provided for introductory courses in app and web development. Additionally, Mia interned in Application Development at Federated Hermes, developed Power Applications and Power BI reports, and worked as an Assistant to an Endocrinologist, managing confidential medical data.
