Navishka Pandit

Navishka Pandit is an Assistant Manager at Federated Hermes since June 2022, focusing on engaging directors and senior executives for over 65 institutional investor clients. Previous roles include Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University for the Mathematical Modeling of Environmental Quality Systems, and Research Assistant at the same institution, where significant work on solar energy potential and lead exposure data was accomplished. As an Environmental Consultant at Azuri Technologies, Navishka led the documentation of repair processes and developed lithium-ion battery handling guidelines. Contributions also include research internships at Climate Collective, Council on Energy, Environment and Water, and TERI, along with engineering internships at Azuri Technologies and SB Energy, gaining extensive experience in sustainable practices and environmental engineering. Navishka holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
