Phil Orlando

Phil Orlando, CFA has over 40 years of experience in the investment industry. Phil currently serves as the Chief Equity Market Strategist at Federated Hermes, where they lead in formulating equity market opinions and positioning strategies. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Investment Officer at Value Line Asset Management. Throughout their career, they have worked in various roles such as Senior Portfolio Manager at First Capital Advisors, Portfolio Manager at Unity Management, and Equity Analyst at Manufacturers Hanover, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Dean Witter Reynolds. Phil also worked as a Financial Journalist at Dunn & Bradstreet Reports' Magazine.

Phil Orlando, CFA attended Holy Cross High School from 1972 to 1976. Phil then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at New York University from 1976 to 1980. Following this, Phil obtained an MBA in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business from 1980 to 1983. In 1991, they completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program at The Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst.
