Travis Gowins

Travis Gowins, CSP, currently serves as a Business Risk Consultant at Federated Insurance since July 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Safety Coordinator at Denham-Blythe Company, Inc. from August 2016 to July 2021 and serving as an Associate at Marriott Hotels (Griffin Gate) from June 2012 to September 2016, where corporate-level marketing strategies were learned. Earlier positions include a Safety Intern at Denham-Blythe Company, Inc. in 2016 and Sports Program Coordinator at Special Olympics Kentucky from January 2015 to September 2015, focusing on program event planning and administrative operations. Academically, Travis Gowins holds a Master’s Degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management with a focus on Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
