Dave Nocar has extensive experience in both business and coaching. Since June 1987, Dave has served as Owner and Principal of Federated Lighting, demonstrating a long-term commitment to leadership and entrepreneurship. Additionally, from January 2016 until October 2023, Dave contributed to the sports community as an Assistant Golf Coach at Severna Park High School. Dave's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from James Madison University, alongside earlier educational pursuits at Louisiana State University and Mount Saint Joseph High School.
