Daniel Apostol

Daniel Apostol-Birzu is an accomplished professional in communications and management within the energy sector and journalism. Currently serving as the Director General at Federația Patronală Petrol și Gaze since September 2023, Daniel has a diverse background that includes roles such as Editorial Director at Economistul monthly magazine and Jurnalul daily newspaper. Previous positions also include Director of Communications at ASF România, Secretary General and Spokesperson at ROPEPCA, and Senior Broadcast Journalist at The Money Channel. Daniel holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Bucharest University of Economic Studies and completed engineering studies in Mechatronics at Ștefan cel Mare State University. Additionally, Daniel pursued Ph.D. studies in Contemporary and Recent History at "Ovidius" University of Constanta.
