David Minkoff

David joined FELS in August of 2019; however, he was not “new” to the organization. From the mid-to-late 1990s, David was a member of the Board of Directors and his two sons attended Gutman ELC. David brings over fifteen years of operations and project management experience to FELS, which includes ownership of two businesses. In his new position, David oversees all aspects of facilities and risk management. Additionally, he is responsible for the overall safety and security of all people, assets, and processes across the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, facility security, repairs, maintenance, training, licensing, and managing contractors. David will also be responsible for information technology and the organization’s food program. David is pleased to be given this opportunity to be a part of the senior team and to help move FELS forward to a successful future.
