Jacob Bangsgaard

Jacob Bangsgaard is a distinguished professional in the field of mobility and transport, currently serving as the Secretary General for Automobile Mobility and Tourism at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile since May 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Jacob founded and leads European Policy Research, focusing on smart mobility systems. Jacob also holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Belt and Road International Transport Alliance and has previously contributed as Executive Director of Policy & Research at SAE International. Additional roles include President of the MaaS Alliance and CEO of ERTICO, along with active participation in various organizations such as Euro NCAP and INATBA. Jacob's educational background includes studies at Aalborg University and a Senior Executive Programme at Columbia University.
